They are currently looking for a Chef de Cuisine who can bring their creativity and passion to this exciting new venture.


Responsibilities:


  • Lead and oversee all kitchen operations, including menu creation, staff training, and kitchen management.
  • Develop innovative, exciting, and delicious dishes for the restaurant's menu, maintaining the company's reputation for culinary excellence.
  • Supervise the kitchen team, fostering a positive, collaborative, and efficient work environment.
  • Coordinate with suppliers to source highquality ingredients, ensuring the freshness and standard of the produce.
  • Control kitchen costs and manage budget effectively.
  • Uphold strict health and safety standards, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
  • Train and mentor kitchen staff, cultivating an environment of continuous learning and improvement.
  • Collaborate with the management team to align kitchen operations with the restaurant's broader goals.
  • Drive the execution of culinary events and promotions.
  • Monitor the kitchen's performance and implement improvements as necessary.

Qualifications:


  • Significant culinary experience, ideally in a highend or similar restaurant, with a proven track record as a Chef de Cuisine or similar role.
  • Culinary school diploma or equivalent experience is required.
  • Excellent understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures.
  • Creativity and passion for creating new and delicious dishes.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Familiarity with kitchen sanitation and safety regulations.
  • Excellent time management abilities and experience in kitchen logistics.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle highstress environments.
  • Ability to manage costs and inventory effectively.
