Primary Responsibilities:


The primary responsibility is to work closely with the Ecommerce Team Lead to create or improve any processes related to the Ecommerce business.

You will also be responsible for managing order process from creation to PO delivery, tracking promo plan, analyzing, and disputing debit and making recommendations in terms of assortment to improve profitability of the ecommerce accounts.


Essential Functions:

  • Responsible for managing the Purchase Order process from its creation to customer delivery
  • Analyze what assortment and make recommendations based on data that will improve sales and profitability of the account
  • Investigate and dispute financial charges or claims that directly impact the profitability of the account
  • Identify and Present solutions to improve processes and generate efficiencies
  • Manage internal trade spend program to track promotional effectiveness and forecast accuracy
  • Oversee and update order guides and listing forms for the ecommerce accounts
  • Create and present quarterly business reviews to top accounts
  • Create business review, new product and growth initiative presentations for internal and external customers.
  • Use internal and external data sources to validate and communicate trends to grow new and existing business
  • Identify areas of opportunity to streamline process and develop tools, systems, or processes to support.

Minimum Requirements, Qualifications, Additional Skills, Aptitude:

  • High degree of self-motivation, accountability, and dependability
  • Strong communication skills; verbal, written and presentation skills
  • Proactive, service oriented with a sense of urgency.
  • Ability to work well under pressure.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills: ability to get along with diverse personalities; tactful, and flexible.
  • High energy level, comfortable performing multifaceted projects in conjunction with daytoday activities.
  • Good reasoning abilities and sound judgment.
  • Resourceful, well organized, highly dependable, efficient, and detail oriented.
  • Proficient with MS Office, Excel
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills are required
  • Post-Secondary Degree or Diploma required
