Description

Duties:

  • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
  • Perform account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records
  • Prepare and process invoices, payments, and expense reports
  • Conduct bank reconciliations to ensure accurate recording of transactions
  • Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports
  • Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities
  • Maintain accurate and uptodate financial records

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a bookkeeper or in a similar role
  • Solid understanding of basic accounting principles
  • Proficient in using accounting software and MS Office (especially Excel)
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Associate's degree in accounting or related field preferred, but not required
Experience in Public or Automotive sector would be considered as an asset.

This position offers competitive compensation and benefits package.
