Roles and responsibilities:


  • Understand the vision, strategic issues and needs of the sector
  • Bring your expertise and leadership in change management to the context of organizational transformation by contributing to various team projects with strategic importance within the organization
  • Listen to and help partners define their needs in order to propose valueadded solutions
  • Work closely with partners to develop, pilot and implement the customized change management strategy
  • Participate in and lead transformation initiatives in collaboration with stakeholders from various internal and external areas of expertise
  • Maintain business relationships with various key partners and work in close collaboration with Talent and Culture business partners
  • Be a pivot point in order to optimize the delivery of change management projects, especially in terms of managing requests and diagnosing needs
  • Encourage alignment and consistency with other change management advisors, with the aim of supporting transformation
  • Actively contribute to the development of change management practices and the deployment of future innovative initiatives
  • Oversee the implementation of change management practices as defined by the Centre of Excellence

Desired profile:


  • Minimum of ten years of experience in change management within a large organization, including the completion of organizational transformation mandates
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field

Excellent command of French and English (oral and written) for frequent interaction with internal French
- and English-speaking colleagues or partners across Canada

  • Excellent communication skills and an ability to influence people at all levels
  • Ability to make connections, see the overall view and get a clear read of a situation
  • Demonstrated openmindedness, emotional intelligence and selfawareness
  • Ability to work in a team where the hierarchical structure is designed to make room for collective intelligence
  • ProSCI or Agile certification (asset)
  • Experience in personnel or leader management (asset)
