Job description
DH Warehousing & Fulfillment is looking for a
full-time junior bookkeeper to work in office. Diploma/Degree in accounting or related field is preferred.

Your Responsibilities:

Managing A/P & A/R transactions using Quickbooks Online
Daily reconciliation of all transactions in Quickbooks Online
Research, track and restore accounting or documentation problems and discrepancies
Communicate with internal teams and clients for any invoice related issue

Qualifications:

Degree/Diploma in accounting, finance, or related field is preferred
Experience in Logistics field is an asset
1 years of experience as a bookkeeper
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Quickbooks Online is an asset
Excellent time management, multitasking skills, and the ability to adjust to changing priorities
Excellent organizational and attention to detail skills
