Must have skills*Minimum 8 years of experience, working as a scrum master as well as experienced in Automation Test case development and Testing.

Java Scripting Experience is Must.

Experience in handling critical project delivery Adept at refinement, estimation, velocity, retrospection, and other Scrum techniques.

Excellent Planning and problem-solving skills with product management and delivery teams Guide and coach, the team on Agile practices and principles to deliver high quality products and services.

Expertise in Automation test case development using seleium/Java based automation framework.

Experience in designing automation framework.

Support testing team to triage the functional defects and work with development team to fix the same.

Whitebox testing support as required for the project.

Work with product owners to handle backlogs and new project requests/requirements.

Resolve conflicts and remove impediments.

Enable collaborative processes and removing impediments for the scrum team.

Ensure deliverables met the quality standards.

Excellent communication and servant leadership skills.
