Position Summary
In this role, you will...

  • Establish, develop, and maintain business relationships with current customers and prospective customers in the AEC (Architecture, Engineering and Construction) industry to generate new business for SolidCAD.
  • Timely followup and qualification of new prospects from either inbound leads or customer requests generated by marketing
  • Manage and maintain accurate leads, opportunities, and account information
  • Develop and execute prospecting plans for territory development to establish rapport, build relationships, and create opportunities
  • Coordinate sales efforts with the Sales Manager.
  • Document and track activities and contacts utilizing Salesforce and regularly update sales forecasts.
  • Participate in marketing events, and trade shows.
About you...

  • The ability to quickly develop and maintain a high level of knowledge of software products and remain an expert on current product knowledge both from an internal and a user perspective.
  • Willingness and ability to master training and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrates excellent written and verbal communication skills. Listens effectively, communicates information accurately.
  • Prioritizes and plans work activities, uses time efficiently and develops realistic action plans
  • A resultsdriven and a consistent track record of exceeding quota
  • Experience using a consultative, solutionbased sales methodology is desired
