About the Role:
As a member of our team, you will:
- Work closely with ArrKann customers during their unit orientation process, covering Travel Trailers, Tent Trailers, Motorhomes, and Fifth Wheels.
- Effectively explain and demonstrate all essential components of the unit to ensure customer comprehension.
- Stay updated on new features to provide informed guidance and education to our customers.
- Address customer inquiries and ensure they are fully equipped for exceptional camping experiences.
- Demonstrate genuine care in ensuring our customers have a memorable and enjoyable experience.
Key Attributes:
- Warm and approachable demeanor.
- Previous RV camping experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Commitment to maintaining a professional appearance.
- Ability to work 618 hours per week, including some evenings and Saturdays, while never compromising on Sundays or holidays.
