About the Role:


As a member of our team, you will:

  • Work closely with ArrKann customers during their unit orientation process, covering Travel Trailers, Tent Trailers, Motorhomes, and Fifth Wheels.
  • Effectively explain and demonstrate all essential components of the unit to ensure customer comprehension.
  • Stay updated on new features to provide informed guidance and education to our customers.
  • Address customer inquiries and ensure they are fully equipped for exceptional camping experiences.
  • Demonstrate genuine care in ensuring our customers have a memorable and enjoyable experience.

Key Attributes:


  • Warm and approachable demeanor.
  • Previous RV camping experience.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Commitment to maintaining a professional appearance.
  • Ability to work 618 hours per week, including some evenings and Saturdays, while never compromising on Sundays or holidays.
