Are you a natural 'people person?' Do you love helping others, particularly when it comes to healthcare needs? We are looking for a new individual to contribute to our productive, upbeat team for the summer The Customer Service Agent will answer customer inquiries, provide product knowledge, and process orders.

You'll become a product expert in the range of Healthwick and Geri Fashions' products, incontinence supplies, other medical items and adaptive clothing.


We should note that there is a potential opportunity to stay working on the team into the fall, for those that aren't returning to school.

Hours of this role fall between 9:30am and 5:00pm, Monday to Friday.


What You Bring to the Table:

In this role, you will:

  • Become a 'Product Expert' in the range of Healthwick products (adult diapers, catheters, ostomy, and medical support products) & our adaptive clothing line for Geri Fashions
  • Enter detailed customer information and order notes into the online ordering system and work with Excel (Google Sheets) and other software
  • Ensure customerrelated issues are resolved in a timely and professional manner, escalating important customer issues as required
  • Disseminate customer ideas/suggestions to individuals within the Healthwick team
  • Manage requests for new products as suggested by customers
  • Contribute to our upbeat and busy employee culture with a great sense of humour

Required Skills_:
_

  • Must be fully fluent in English (written and oral) with excellent communication skills
  • Must be able to easily learn new product information, and offer it in a frank and professional manner
  • Strong computer skills (Excel, Word, Google docs, Gmail) and the ability to type with attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, problem solve and allot time effectively
  • Highly motivated, energetic, and friendly with a strong compassion for customers
