  • Minimum of 7 yrs technical handson DataPower infrastructure/Admin experience ESSENTIAL
  • API Connect product knowledge V10
  • ESSENTIAL
  • Ability to multi task and work in a high pressured environment
  • Strong Troubleshooting skills
  • Strong device performance/capacity metric knowledge
  • Flexibility to work 24x7 / oncall
  • Strong communication Skills
  • Experience in SSL renewals and DP firmware & APIC minor / major upgrades
  • ESSENTIAL
  • Experience in working in a Datapower/APIC role within the Banking Industry
  • ESSENTIAL
  • UCD experience desirable
  • Scripting skills desirable
Who You Are

Technical Expertise:
Proficiency in planning, installing, configuring, and upgrading DataPower Firmware and APIC V5 / V10 software.

Experience in troubleshooting and minor and major version firmware upgrades along with APIC fixpack / ifix patching (minor and major version upgrades).

Experience of performing SSL renewals across DataPower and APIC components.

Performance Optimization:
Proven skills in infrastructure level performance and capacity planning for DataPower & APIC environments. Familiarity with workload management techniques and performance tuning is desired.

Automation and Scripting:
Exposure to scripting languages and experience in automation tools like Ansible, UrbanCode Deploy can be advantageous.

Collaboration and Communication:
Strong teamwork and communication skills are necessary to collaborate effectively with colleagues, third-party vendors, and stakeholders.
