The Technical Services Representative plays a crucial role in our organization's success. This is a contract position until March 2023 with the possibility of an extension.

Utilizing your technical skills you will:

Provide mobile support for end users such as Android Tablets/Phones as well as iPads/iPhones
Perform network connections for desktops and printers
Perform troubleshooting to determine and resolve the root cause of most hardware or software malfunctions at the deskside level
Perform moves, adds, and changes to computer equipment
Follow documentation and direction as required by the project
Provide proper and prompt updates on projects and documentation assigned on a daily basis
Be able to work safely in a fastpaced environment.

Keynotes:

This work will be done underground, you will be working underground in the mining environment.
Hours will likely be hour shifts.
This is shift work with alternation between days and nights.
Your own transportation/vehicle is mandatory (to get to and from the site only).

What we need:

A college or University education
Two years of experience in a mining operations role and or desktop deployments, network troubleshooting and upgrades
Practical written and verbal communication skills
Exceptional customer service skills both in person and over the phone
A valid driver's license
Ability to lift a minimum of 40 lbs. regularly
Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a highpressure environment
Availability for regular work assignments in the evening and on weekends
35yrs of experience preferred, but not a requirement.
Knowledge of the Android OS and KNOX is an asset.
