On Side Restoration is looking for an Operations Manager to join our team Reporting to the Territory Manager, Operations Managers oversee our branch operations locations throughout the country.

The Operations Manager is all about managing and leading people.

Their people focus is all encompassing and will result in the ultimate success of the local operations, territory, company, and position.

Overseeing all operations personnel, the Operations Manager must have superior knowledge of operations management and the ability to build superior relationships with key stake holders.

Responsible for building teams the Operations Manager ensures the ops team is up to date on all health and safety standards, able to meet key KPIs and work as a unified team, which occasionally might require to step into an operations role and lend a hand.


What you Bring to the Team

  • A track record of proven leadership qualities sincerely engaged with an ability to inspire, to engage and to unite people of various backgrounds
  • Previous operations management experience, postgraduate degree an asset
  • Excellent communicator with a natural, authentic rapport
  • Resourceful and effective in managing conflict and building bridges between clashing people and groups
  • A proactive, results driven, highly skilled business professional with history for meeting and exceeding targets and objectives
  • A welldeveloped pattern of achievement, competitive skills, energy, motivation, enthusiasm, and integrity
  • Team player, selfmotivated and goal oriented
  • Ability to think strategically and analytically at a highlevel
  • Enhanced critical thinking, decisionmaking and problemsolving skills
  • Ability to prioritize and meet tight timelines in a fastpaced environment
  • Ability to successfully complete the criminal background check process

Salary:
$75,000.00-$95,000.00 per year
