AGM Basements is a market leader in the residential basement finishing industry. We pride ourselves in the highest ratings of client satisfaction, ensuring best practices and quality finishings.

Our team is always on the lookout for exceptional talent. We are actively seeking a General Handyman to help us create masterpiece basements in the Kitchener/Waterloo and surrounding areas.

Responsibilities:

AGM's Handyman will read a PDF copy of work to be finished. The Handyman will take the job from 95% complete to 100%, and get the client's sign-off.

Work includes, but not limited to:

Purchase and install registers
Purchase and install access panels
Purchase and install bathroom fixtures

- clean windows
- silicone showers
- caulk/fill holes, paint, install fireplace
- tiling
- materials delivery

Handyman reports directly to the project manager and will leave the site 100% clean when done.

Handyman will also sometimes be called for odd jobs, left by other trades that may have been called away for any reason, including but not limited to:

Drywall
Taping/mudding
Painting
Flooring installation
Baseboard, doors & casing installation, filling and painting
Creating MDF access panels for Electrical panels and/or water meter access
