Your Role with Our Team:

We are seeking a Co-Op Student to join CNOOC International.

The Co-Op Student is responsible for working with business units to foster communication, collaboration and to organize company information utilizing the Management System software.


Responsibilities of the Co-Op Student include:

  • Administer the corporate Management System and Collaboration IT systems, including:
  • Providing training on the requirements and use of the system;
  • Creating/drafting/designing documents;
  • Working with business units and the vendor on issue resolution;
  • Ensuring proper and continued governance of documentation;
  • KPI reporting;
  • Management System Responsibilities:
  • Ensure and update content to conform with CNOOC International Standards and templates;
  • Developing and assisting with developing management system content;
  • Ensuring feedback and periodic reviews are actioned in a timely manner;
  • Providing solutions to promote continuous improvement and learning across the organization;
  • Gathering information for headquarter audit requests;
  • Assist with performing process walkthroughs during annual SOX testing;

Who are We Looking for?:


  • Student enrolled in a four (4) year bachelor's degree in Business or related field;
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts in to easytounderstand language;
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and maintain flexibility in completing tasks in an everchanging workplace;
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral;
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Programs
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Visio and Agility is considered an asset;
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment;
  • Demonstrates initiative to understand problems and collaborate with colleagues to drive to solution.
  • Conduct business in an ethical manner and build relationships based on collaboration, honesty and respect;
