As a skilled cleaner, the Room Attendant efficiently and thoroughly completes tasks, always striving for excellence to ensure the property is in top condition.

Successful candidates take pride in upholding high standards in a luxury hotel and possess exceptional guest service skills.

You enjoy maintaining a meticulously clean hotel.
You have professional cleaning experience.
You are certified in WHMIS.
You have a positive and proactive attitude, displaying qualities such as flexibility, dependability, and strong teamwork and service orientation.

Key Responsibilities

Clean and maintain assigned rooms and areas following established standards and procedures, including bed-making, dusting, vacuuming, bathroom cleaning, trash removal, etc.
Adhere to all safety and security protocols.
Handle and store chemicals according to hotel guidelines.
Ensure compliance with the Hotel's security policies regarding bedrooms and master keys.
Properly manage lost guest belongings as per Hotel Procedures.
Report maintenance issues to the Maintenance Department.
Respond to guest requests professionally and promptly.
Maintain punctuality, uniform standards, and personal hygiene.
Assist colleagues as needed to foster teamwork and uphold service standards as outlined by Hotel policy.
Perform additional tasks as assigned by management (e.g., laundry, public areas).
