The responsibilities of this position include:

To provide food and beverage service to all guests according to Sheraton standards.
To be familiar with all food and beverage menus, specials and promotions in Olio in order to assist the guest in their selection and promote the items.
To provide service to our guests in an efficient, friendly and professional manner.
To enter all guest orders into Squirrel, point of sale equipment.
To maintain accurate guest checks, ensuring the check is properly acknowledged and signed by the guest.
To promote the use of all Hotel facilities and special promotions.
To follow and comply with Hotel cash handling policies and procedures.
To adhere to local liquor and health, safety and fire procedures and laws.
To make recommendations for improvement to either product or service in Olio.
To respond to guest concerns and solicit guest feedback.
To participate in the daily preshift meeting.
Performing opening and closing procedures including, but not limited to, the set up and break down of stations, clearing and resetting up of tables
Maintain and ensure the overall cleanliness of assigned station and the establishment
Inspect the cleanliness and presentation of all china, glass and silver prior to use
Carry out side duties
Assist team members to ensure proper coverage and prompt guest service.
Other duties as assigned.
