Location - REMOTE Atlantic Canada (Newfoundland & Labrador, New Brunswick, Nova Scotia and Prince Edward Island)

Reports to - BDC Team Manager, Dealermine CRM

Dealermine CRM, a Quorum brand, is currently looking for Bilingual Appointment Coordinators to join our growing contact center team.

THE OPPORTUNITY
The Appointment Coordinator is the primary point of contact between the Dealership and their customers.

Working from our contact center or remotely, and with the focus always on customer service, the appointment coordinator schedules routine and unplanned maintenance for vehicles.

The goal is always to build and maintain positive relationships between both parties.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
Role responsibilities are primarily phone-based and include, but are not limited to, the following:

Receive and respond to inbound calls from customers who want to schedule service with their dealership.
Complete outbound calls to customers regarding vehicle maintenance recommendations, recalls, appointment confirmations, and customer satisfaction after a dealership visit.
Respond to all customer inquiries by listening to understand, showing empathy, and gathering all applicable information before recommending solutions.
Meet all internal metrics/KPIs
Excellent time management and prioritization skills allowing you to manage several applicants while anticipating shifts in priorities
Schedule Management
Attention to detail and maintaining accurate customer information

- $18/hour (wage + Bilingual incentive pay) + up to $250/month OTE bonus

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

Bilingual in English/French
High school diploma (or equivalent)
Previous customer service experience is required
Previous contact center experience (inbound and outbound) is an asset
Ability to communicate clearly and concisely both verbally and in writing
