We are currently seeking a Full-Time Employee to join our Kenaston location.


As Medical Office Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a smooth and efficient operation of our office.

You will work closely with physicians and other team members. We will provide on job training.

Duties may include but are not limited to the following:

  • Greeting patients in a friendly manner,
  • Answering phones
  • Booking appointments
  • Assisting with procedures/ examinations
  • Maintaining a Sanitary environment & Cleaning exam rooms between patients
  • Scanning documents into the EMR
  • Autoclaving Instruments
  • Chaperoning some examinations
  • Importing files
  • Maintaining and Updating Records in the EMR
  • Stocking Supplies in the Examination Rooms.
  • Must follow strict confidentiality in accordance with PHIA.

Previous Accuro EMR Experience Required.

Salary:
$15.30-$18.00 per hour
