Colas Canada Inc.- Mission- The LRT Concrete Superintendent is responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of concrete works across the project, with particular focus on rail concrete.

Will interact with other superintendents and coordinators across the scope of construction to ensure that build order is in a logical manner with the least impact to stakeholders and on-budget.

Must have experience with pre-cast U ditch or similar equivalent concrete rail works.- Profile- Demonstrated understanding of basic engineering and construction concepts, practices and procedures

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management or similar field from an accredited institution.
25 years of demonstrated selfdirected experience in the construction field on large, complex, heavy civil transportation projects.

Skills, Competencies, Attributes

Experience with 3D and 4D models.
Strong communication skills and ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
Ability to work in a costeffective, customerfocused, teambased environment.
Effective team participation and ability to coordinate work of multiple disciplines onsite.
Experience using JD Edwards and Aconex
Must possess a valid driver's license, preferably with clean abstract

Must be able to negotiate the terrain of an in-process construction site, including climbing stairs and ladders, working at heights, and outdoors in all types of Edmonton weather.
