Condo Culture is the Region's leader in pre-construction real estate sales, with a clear focus on high-rise, mid-rise and townhome style condominium properties.

The company and its divisions assist in the development of new properties beginning at the land acquisition stage through the design and optimization process before finally building and implementing the sales strategy.

Condo Culture enjoys a working relationship with the Region's very best buildings including Vanmar Developments, Zehr Group, Granite Homes and Activa Homes.

Condo Culture's New Development division is looking for an educated, enthusiastic person to join our team of condo enthusiasts.

Learning and growing from client interactions has long been a founding principle at Condo Culture and we are looking for a new team member who can add to our efforts to continually improve the buyer experience.

This role is focused on providing our clients with the absolute best experience possible. Understanding the sales process will be crucial, but this role is not sales.

Additionally, the Client Account Manager will need to travel between Toronto and Waterloo on a consistent basis.

The role is intended to be based in Toronto 3 days per week for regular partner visits and events, combined with 2 days in Waterloo for on-site team collaboration.

Responsibilities:

  • Systematic outreach to key partners and clients to offer company support
  • Serve as the main point of contact for customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback through various channels
  • Participate in the hosting of client and partner events
  • Attend formal and informal meetings both internal and external
  • Act as first point of contact for support requirements and disseminate to appropriate internal team member
  • Work directly with the sales team to ensure seamless execution of the sales experience for each partner and client
  • Participate in internal calls related to sales, marketing and customer experience
  • Work on site directly alongside the sales team and collaborate with other internal teams such as marketing and operations to drive the best client experience
  • Handle, manage and track dealrelated payments for both partners and clients
  • Analyze customer interactions and feedback to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for enhancing the customer experience.
  • When required, additional roles and responsibilities may be assigned at the discretion of the management team to assist with optimizing the sales process and client experience

Requirements:

  • Post-Secondary Education
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and a passion for inperson interaction
  • Proven experience in customer service, customer support, or a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to think critically and analytically
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and manage time effectively in a fastpaced environment.
  • A customercentric mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service and exceeding customer expectations.
  • Previous experience in financial or real estate related fields are an asset
  • Ability to work on site
  • Must have own vehicle for transportation to travel to clients and partners in both Toronto and Waterloo
  • Must be fluent in speaking (reading, writing and understanding) English and have the ability to effectively communicate with customers where English may not be their first language

The company favours promotion from within and views each new team member as an important part of the future. Additionally, we also offer extended health, dental and vision care after 3 months of employment.
