Description
Minimax Express is a family owned trucking company that has been in business for over 30 years. We have 5 terminals throughout Ontario and Quebec. We are searching for a full time, pickup order entry person.


Responsibilities:


  • Accurately and efficiently input data into a central database for dispatching
  • Ensure that orders have a proper bill to account
  • Electronically attach all customer paperwork to work order.

Requirements:


  • Must have experience entering pickup orders accurately and in a timely fashion
  • Ability to problem solve
  • Must have excellent telephone etiquette
  • Must be able to multitask
  • Ability to converse in French
  • Must demonstrate attention to detail in a fast paced environment
    Job Types: Fulltime, Permanent

Salary:
$18.00-$21.00 per hour
