Order Processing Administrator - Mississauga, Canada - Sigma Workforce Solutions
Description
We are looking for an Order Process Administrator to join our team and work Monday to Friday 8:30am-4:30pm. The Order Process Administrator will process orders, address complaints, and provide exceptional customer service. Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills are essential.Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate customer records and input order into the company system
- Collaborate with internal team for timely order processing, shipment tracking, and delivery coordination
- Provide direct administrative and office management support to all members of staff, as directed by verbal or written instruction
- Maintain working schedules and engagement calendars of management
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any additional needs or concerns
- Offer product knowledge and guidance to enhance the customer shopping experience
- Resolve customer complaints effectively while providing recommendations
Qualifications:
- Experience in administration
- Experience in data entry
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Office
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Mississauga, ON L5T 1J4: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience:
- Data entry: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative: 1 year (preferred)
