Strive Business Solutions is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Change Manager to join its growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the successful implementation of changes across our organization. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth transitions, minimize disruption, and maximize value to our clients.

Reporting to the Program Manager, the Change Manager is
responsible for:

  • Develop and implement change management strategies, plans, and processes that support the successful adoption of new software solutions, system upgrades, and process improvements.
  • Collaborate with project managers, product owners, and key stakeholders to ensure that changes are effectively communicated, understood, and adopted by all impacted teams.
  • Assess the impact of proposed changes on the organization and stakeholders and develop appropriate mitigation strategies to address potential risks.
  • Coordinate with training and support teams to develop and deliver training programs, user guides, and other materials that enable users to quickly adapt to new software solutions and processes.
  • Facilitate regular communication with project teams, stakeholders, and senior management to provide updates on change initiatives and address any concerns or issues that may arise.
  • Analyze the effectiveness of change management efforts by tracking key performance indicators and adjusting strategies as necessary to ensure the successful implementation of changes.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging teams to identify and implement process enhancements and efficiencies.
  • Mentor and support team members to build change management capabilities across the organization.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
2. 5+ years of experience in change management, project management, or a related field, preferably within the software/technology industry.


  • Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale change initiatives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong understanding of change management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify potential risks and develop effective mitigation strategies.
  • Proficiency in project management tools, such as MS Project.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and software development life cycles is an asset.

Pay:
$75,000.00-$95,000.00 per year
