About the role
Nous cherchons un Spécialiste organisationnel pour notre équipe grandissante


Ce que vous accomplirez chez nous:

  • Effectuer une analyse étendue tenant compte de multiples facteurs et poser un diagnostic de la situation.
  • Bien comprendre et maîtriser les complexités des systèmes informatiques et processus actuels
  • Travailler en collaboration avec l'équipe de projet et les gestionnaires afin d'établir un plan de projet et déterminer une date de livraison.
  • Identifier les partenaires d'affaires et établir des relations de collaboration afin d'assurer l'avancement des projets en cours.
  • Suivre et assurer le développement et l'implantation des solutions ou processus proposés.
  • Effectuer la communication aux clients et utilisateurs de la solution développée.
  • Cartographier des processus standards et moyens de contrôle.

Ce que vous mettrez à profit:

  • Baccalauréat en Administration des affaires, ou toute combinaison de formation et d'expérience équivalente
  • Au moins 3 à 5 années d'expérience pertinente
  • Bon communicateur
  • Excellente organisation du travail, innovation et autonomie
  • Adaptabilité, orientation qualité et souci du détail
  • Résistance au stress
  • Collaborateur et esprit d'équipe
  • Certification Lean SixSigma/Ceinture verte ou similaire un atout
  • Bilingue (français et anglais)_ _Nécessité d'interagir sur une base régulière avec des collègues partout au pays _
