Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Hand Spray parts
  • Add Solvents, mix paint hardeners as per ratio and other additives
  • Start paint equipment ( Water walls, oven )
  • Perform prestart checks and action items
  • Operate Spray paint gun.
  • Operate and perform minor maintenance in Paint Spray Equipment
  • Load and unload paint
  • Receive and store paint
  • Store paint waste materials
  • Verify first off, last off
  • Prepare Kanban for daily service paint schedule, verify Paint and Injection WIP
  • Prepare paint fixtures for production, clean and maintain in good order
  • Ensure that all parts are delivered to the paint system on time to support production
  • Must be willing to learn all aspects of job duties
  • Maintain good 5S in work area
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:


  • Must be able to demonstrate mechanical aptitude
  • Must be physically capable of performing the required duties
  • Must have an excellent attendance record
  • Must be able to prioritize work and juggle multiple assignments
  • Must be able to work overtime when required
  • Must have strong performance in current role
  • Education level will be considered
