- Assist City Business Units in configuring their technologies for testing and prototyping purposes.
- Aid City Business Units in acquiring necessary resources for conducting experiments, which may include hardware, software, and cloud services.
- Record both challenges faced and successful outcomes.
- Offer insights and suggestions for enhancing processes and outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a third-year diploma or degree in fields such as Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or Network Management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications like Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is advantageous.
- Possess a high level of customer-centricity, adept problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively as well as independently.
Pre-Employment Requirements:
- Must be enrolled full-time in a school program with the intention of continuing full-time studies in the upcoming Fall semester.
- A security clearance will be mandated for this position.
- Candidates advancing to the interview stage will be required to present unofficial academic transcripts or an enrollment verification letter specifying their ongoing program of study.
