Job Description:

Position Responsibilities:

Lead all training initiatives and advocate training development across various positions
Support creating the training programs and materials
Maintain and collect accurate data for IQS to verify training gaps
Support in drafting SOP, OPL and other documents
Help Conduct Job Hazard Analysis for all aspects of machine operations
Provide training to improve 5S system and housekeeping for all equipment and production area
Ensure proper training verification process and documentation
Deliver training to various stakeholders via inclass, online or other means
Maintain an accurate record for all delivered training
Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements

Min 2 years SAP experience
Experienced in MS Office
Min 5 years of knowledge of production process
Strong Communication skills both written and verbal
