We are looking for a vibrant and meticulous

Intermediate Project Manager for our

Toronto branch who is passionate about delivering large and complex projects You will be a member of our PMO responsible for leading teams of technology experts and clients to deliver agreed-upon objectives, on time and within budget to the existing Project Delivery Framework.


A Day in the Life:


  • Use Long View's project management methodologies to create and manage a project plan to fit the client's needs and deliver within budget on desired outcomes of the project
  • Work closely with different Long View business units to define the project scope, deliverables, timelines and required resources to ensure project members understand what is expected of them and what they should expect from one another
  • Manage the project budget, team resources, communications, and project plans
  • Monitor and report on project progress and problems
  • Identify and resolve risks and issues in a timely manner
  • Escalate concerns to the project team and senior management when appropriate
  • Recommend solutions to the client
  • Provide direction and support to the implementation team and review deliverables prepared by the team
  • Organize and lead meetings with clear objectives and communicate meeting summary minutes
  • Oversee and monitor all management reports on specified projects
  • Manage all vendor relationships related specifically to the project and monitor statements of work to maintain accountability on the contract deliverables
  • Act as the primary interface to client business units during all phases of the project

What You Bring:


  • 5+ years of experience delivering IT projects for enterprise clients
  • Proven experience managing projects in the following disciplines
- o Core infrastructure and data center
- o M365 rollouts and upgrades
- o Windows server and desktop upgrades
- o Cloud Migrations

  • Excellent knowledge of project management principles, governance frameworks, stakeholder management, status reporting, escalation procedures, and budget tracking and management
  • Ability to identify issues and problems, generate solutions, and choose appropriate alternatives using basic root cause analysis
  • Selfmotivation and ability to be assertive
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Exceptional time management, writing, and communication skills

What Makes You Extra Awesome:


  • Degree in Computer Science, Management, or an ITrelated discipline
  • PMI or PMP certified
  • Previous experience in professional or consulting services
