Business Unit:

Hadrian is a worldwide supplier of quality toilet partition and locker products.

Hadrian was the first manufacturer to powder coat toilet partitions and has continued to embrace new technologies and materials in order to offer architects, designers and end-users more flexibility in design.

Hadrian's wide range of toilet partition products includes; powder coated metal, stainless steel, embossed stainless steel, and solid plastic. Lockers are available in Emperor (corridor), Gladiator (athletic) and replacement front styles.

***The Architectural Sales Representative is responsible for achieving sales, profitability and developing relationships with partners in the Ontario market. This relationship focused sales professional will assist in driving the preference of Hadrian products through Architects, Spec Writers, Interior Designers, General Contractors, Property Managers and Distributors.


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Increase preference for Hadrian products by proactively developing relationships with Architects, Spec Writers, Interior Designers, General Contractors, Property Managers and Distributors. Educating these partners on the overall product offering and custom capabilities of the business.
  • Influence specification by actively tracking projects in the early design stage. Collaborating with Distribution Partners to ensure specification is held to job completion.
  • Be accountable to the partner growth metrics established in the annual plan. Identify and rollout new opportunities for partners, helping them grow their Hadrian product portfolio through joint development of solutions and services.
  • Monitor competitor activity and strategically promote Hadrian products.
  • Communicate and collaborate with Customer Experience Supervisor (Inside Sales), Customer Service Representative and other divisions to ensure a seamless Hadrian experience with all partners.

SKILLS

  • Design and technical expertise/aptitude required.
  • Successful track record of sales achievements in the construction industry.
  • Hold existing relationships with Architects, Spec Writers, Interior Designers and General Contractors for commercial specification considered an asset.
  • Strong organizational/time management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with a commitment to meeting deadlines.
  • Able to build and maintain lasting relationships with corporate departments and key business partners.
  • Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings considered an asset.
  • Basic knowledge of building code in Ontario considered an asset.
  • CRM knowledge considered an asset.
  • Detail orientated with excellent organization, communication (Written/Verbal) and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to travel across Ontario, staying overnight when needed.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Architecture, Design, Marketing, Business or related field.
  • 13 years of experience in an outside sales role
