Duties and Responsibilities:
- Providing support for the Healthy Workplace Committee and Healthy Workplace Champions network
- Promoting Healthy Workplace programs and messaging; tracking participation, soliciting feedback and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement
- Researching leading practice in workplace health and wellness programs and fostering partnerships with communitybased organizations and other university program and service providers
- Supporting and facilitating Healthy Workplace strategic planning processes, consultations and conversations with the campus community

Qualifications:
The incumbent must possess the following qualifications:
- Knowledge of healthy workplace policies, procedures, and processes
- Knowledge of office as well as the broader university academic units, departments, and divisions
- Knowledge of office productivity software and databases, internet browsers and search engines, disciplinespecific software, enterprise software, and technology devices
- Knowledge of cultural competency and diversity in a business context
Education and Experience:
The above is normally acquired through:
- The completion of bachelor's degree, background in psychology, healthcare or related field preferred
- Minimum of three years of program and service delivery experience.
- Experience working with continuous improvement frameworks preferred
