Duties and Responsibilities:

Providing support for the Healthy Workplace Committee and Healthy Workplace Champions network
Promoting Healthy Workplace programs and messaging; tracking participation, soliciting feedback and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement
Researching leading practice in workplace health and wellness programs and fostering partnerships with communitybased organizations and other university program and service providers
Supporting and facilitating Healthy Workplace strategic planning processes, consultations and conversations with the campus community

Qualifications:

The incumbent must possess the following qualifications:

Knowledge of healthy workplace policies, procedures, and processes
Knowledge of office as well as the broader university academic units, departments, and divisions
Knowledge of office productivity software and databases, internet browsers and search engines, disciplinespecific software, enterprise software, and technology devices
Knowledge of cultural competency and diversity in a business context

Education and Experience:

The above is normally acquired through:

The completion of bachelor's degree, background in psychology, healthcare or related field preferred
Minimum of three years of program and service delivery experience.
Experience working with continuous improvement frameworks preferred
