Who You Are

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Perform inventory transactions as needed and according to work orders
  • Pick and stage products for daytoday activities to ensure the correct components are in the right place at the right time. This will include, but not be limited to, manufacturing and extraction process needs as well as inbound and outbound shipments
  • Put away inbound products and shipments to reconcile inventory
  • Respond to internal questions on product inventory levels, order status, and compliance investigations
  • Ensure inventory movements are adequately reported in ERP systems
  • Uphold proper storage and security conditions for cannabis and cannabis related products
  • Participate in count discrepancy/loss investigations as well as corrective action implementations
  • Collaborate with S&OP, Extraction, Manufacturing, and Fulfillment to ensure that Service Level Agreements (SLA) are being met in a timely manner.
  • Monitor inventory levels and anticipate or react to shortages, overstocks, or over capacities immediately
  • Maintain a clean work area and promote a safe environment at all times
  • Attend regular meetings and shift huddles
  • Prepare some reports as needed
  • Adhere to all SOPs and ACMPR regulations

Education & Experience

  • Postsecondary education in related field
  • Minimum 1 years' professionallyrelated experience in a warehouse, quality assurance, inventory, or financial auditing
  • Must be able to pass an RCMP security clearance

Requirements:


  • Understanding of batch records and reconciliation processes
  • Experience with Cannabis or other production involving biological produce would be considered an asset
  • Proficient in MS Office, with a strong focus on Excel
  • Fluent in spoken and written English, including technical writing and presenting skills
  • Ability to pass RCMP security clearance required
  • Must be 19 years of age or older
  • Ability to work independently on multiple projects
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Experience with a growing company start up environment an asset
  • Able to manage and prioritize tasks in a fast paced, frequent deadline environment
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
Physical Demands


While performing the responsibilities of the job, the employee is required to be able to lift up to and including 50lbs, sit and/or stand for extended periods of time and reach with arms/hands.

Walking, standing, bending, stooping, reaching, twisting, lifting, pushing, pulling and moving items is occasionally required.

Work Environment

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is exposed to packaged cannabis products/supplies.

The working environment can be noisy at times and temperate, the employee must have knowledge of how to manage their own personal safety under these conditions.
