As an industry leader focused on driving growth and execution excellence, we are looking for a Brand Coordinator to join our growing Brand Marketing & Design team.


Reporting to the Brand Manager, this individual will be responsible for supporting and coordinating the execution of brand initiatives across various platforms to exceed consumer and retailers' expectations and ensure brand growth.


This role will assist the brand managers with marketing plans that support business growth, and future business development objectives, including a strong focus on supporting product innovation communication, consumer and retail activation and engagement.

This role offers diverse responsibilities, including working with multiple departments to execute strategic multi-channel campaigns and new product launches.


The owner of this role will have a bias for action, a passion for leaving their mark, and a willingness to learn about the exciting world of crafts consumer goods.


Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Assist in the development and implementation of brand strategies to achieve business goals and increase brand awareness.
  • Coordination and support on the execution of trade marketing strategic brand initiatives, delivering bestinclass content to engage consumers instore and online with our customers.
  • Create project tickets and brief internal or external creative, design & digital teams on packaging, signage, catalogues/sell sheets, and overall brand campaign strategy assets.
  • Monitor agreed brand KPIs, including ROI on marketing brand campaigns.
  • Contribute to brand packaging, following brand positioning and brand objectives, product names and copy, and driving relevant consumer marketing messages to elevate product features & benefits to drive purchase and overall experience.
  • Collaborate actively with cross functional teams within Marketing, but also Sales to support on daytoday requests on specific brand requests and timeline management.
  • Work closely with Digital Marketing team to support implementation of brand campaigns, test & learn brand content, and expand brand recognition and loyalty across all communication platforms.
  • Monitor and enforce brand guidelines across all marketing channels and materials, ensuring a cohesive and consistent brand image.
  • Coordinate with Creative team the sampling of new products to validate/approve branding and content on packaging or other printed marketing assets.
  • Responsible for ensuring the health and safety of others within one's own team or functional area.

Qualifications:


  • Excellent project and time management skills with ability to work multiple projects.
  • Detail oriented
  • Independent, entrepreneurial thinker, and adaptable to change with solid consumer and customer focus.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills, able to work with all levels within the organization.
  • Creative and strategic thinker, great at problem solving.
  • Prior use in AirTable a plus, but not required.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
  • Min 14 years' experience in a related role
