Job Description:
Reporting to the Product Strategy Team Lead, the Product Strategy Manager will be responsible for leading the Internet product strategy (Internet/ Wi-Fi/ Equipment/ Added value services evolution and taketomarket) with the ultimate objective of achieving our strategic goals and P&L targets while always keeping the customer front and centre.

This role brings together exploration, analysis and strategic development to build a customer and business story that drives value.

You will be responsible for managing the implementation of a wide range of projects and programs that primarily focus on bringing new and refreshed products to market, from the initial business case, to value proposition, customer journey and market launch.


As a Product Strategy Manager you will be in charge of the Internet Product long term roadmap in collaboration with the Product team and also contribute to the annual and quarterly business plans.

You will have to secure funding and organisational support for these strategies as required.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Build and lead strategic plans with an emphasis on improving product & service offerings that drive business results (sales, KPIs), continuous improvement and operational efficiency Own taketomarket for new products, features and improvements, from planning to market introduction Build profitable business cases and product value propositions to distinguish Cogeco and drive sustainable growth Uncover insights to build effective & innovative strategies based on rigorous analysis (market trends, customer trends and business dynamics) In charge of the Internet Product long term roadmap in collaboration with the Product team and also contribute to the annual and quarterly business plans Define an optimal endtoend customer experience with partners (Product, Marketing, Customer Journey, Brand and Channel Readiness) Provide critical program updates, reports, timelines, milestones and decisions for the leadership team Collaboratively prepare and deliver presentations for senior leadership teams Create and maintain detailed road maps, project plans and report on cross functional weekly/monthly touchpoints QUALIFICATIONS
ACADEMIC TRAINING:

  • University Degree in Marketing, Communications or related field preferredWORK EXPERIENCE:
+8 years of combined and relevant experience in marketing and sales experience. Internet product management experience is a plus. +8 years experience in a high volume/fast paced work environment Have experience in program and product launch as well as planning Advanced PC skills including the ability to work proficiently in Google Office SuiteSPECIFIC COMPETENCIES:
  • Strategic thinking and negotiation skills combined with the ability to effectively synthesise and simplify complex situations.
