Term Position - 12 Months


The City of Campbell River is searching for a
Planning Technician to join our Long Range Planning & Sustainability team for a 12-month term.

  • Possess a diploma in planning, geography, urban studies or an equivalent related field with courses in community planning, land use planning or urban design from a recognized postsecondary institution.
  • Minimum one (1) year experience within the last five (5) years in land use planning, community planning, urban design or working on sustainability projects and programs.


The rate of pay for this
term, full-time, CUPE bargaining unit position is
$34.56 per hour based on a 35-hour work week and includes the option of a comprehensive benefits package or 12% in lieu of benefits.
