Compensation:


  • Competitive starting salary of $45,000 to $55,000 depending on experience
  • Uncapped commission structure (100% commission)

Responsibilities:


  • Educate clients on the importance of life insurance and tailor policies to their individual needs
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure longterm satisfaction and retention
  • Generate leads through networking, referrals, and prospecting activities, and an entire untapped agent book of business
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics

Qualifications:


  • Previous sales experience a must
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Selfmotivated with a strong desire to succeed
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team


  • Life insurance license

  • LLQP required
