The Hollis Ford Service Department has an opening for a _
Service Appointment Coordinator_
responsible for scheduling service work in the service department.
- Acts as a principal contact between the customer and the Service Department
- Primary goals are answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and recontacting customers for scheduled maintenance and special ordered parts.
- Greeting and checking in clients upon arrival
- Providing excellent customer service and addressing client inquiries or concerns
- Maintaining accurate and uptodate appointment records
- Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth operations and efficient scheduling
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service or a similar role preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Maintain our strong Customer Satisfaction Index rating
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of scheduling software
- Professional and friendly demeanor
Salary:
From $680.00 per week
