Service Appointment Coordinator_
responsible for scheduling service work in the service department.

  • Acts as a principal contact between the customer and the Service Department
  • Primary goals are answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and recontacting customers for scheduled maintenance and special ordered parts.
  • Greeting and checking in clients upon arrival
  • Providing excellent customer service and addressing client inquiries or concerns
  • Maintaining accurate and uptodate appointment records
  • Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth operations and efficient scheduling

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in customer service or a similar role preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Maintain our strong Customer Satisfaction Index rating
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of scheduling software
  • Professional and friendly demeanor
A Nova Scotia Driver's License is required.


Salary:
From $680.00 per week
