What will your responsibility at LKQ?

Assist with scheduling and overseeing daily assignments of warehouse personnel to ensure quality control and maximum productivity of team members,
Supervise and assist in the storage and handling of production material that has been received or needs to be shipped,
Ensures all parts are sent out according to customer expectations,
Responsible to track, adjust, and approve employees' work hours in the payroll system,
Supervise all warehouse personnel, assign tasks and duties on a daily basis, i.e., shipping and receiving of inventory and proper storage of parts,
Analyze or resolve work problems or assists workers in solving work issues or concerns,
Establish or adjust work procedures to meet deadlines,
Assist with the management of personnel which may include interviewing, hiring, performance evaluations, terminations, disciplinary action, etc,

What is the profile we are looking for?

High School graduate or G.E.D. equivalent desired,
3 to 5 years of warehouse experience,
1 to 5 years of supervisory experience,
Flexibility to work variable schedules, including a schedule
from 11:00 pm until 8:00 am:
Knowledge of and ability to operate a forklift and Raymond Reach,
Must be able to work in cooperation with others.
Must be attentive to detail and ensure accuracy in work assignments.
Must be able to communicate effectively with others.
Very good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite
