Reporting to the Senior Market Insights manager, you will be responsible to drive profitable mutual growth through a customer centric category leadership approach leveraging a thorough understanding of the category and market conditions.

What's involved in this role:

Work closely with customer and establish strong working relationship, acting as a category lead.
Responsible for analyzing data and providing unbaised insights and recommendations to our retail partner to optimize their category performance and uncover opportunities. Maintain ongoing reporting to track performance.
Provide expert category knowledge, leveraging our rich consumer, shopper & market insights.
Elevate best in class category management principles driving efficiency and effectiveness. Develop, optimize and maintain planograms for shopability, optimal assortment and capacity.

What you need to join our team:

You have a Bachelor's degree in business administration or other relevant field;
You cumulate a minimum of fthree (3) years of experience in Category Management, ideally with Vendor advisor experience
You have excellent command of English, written and spoken (French an asset);
You are available to travel occasionally. You are passionate about the CPG industry and have a thorough knowledge of nielsen (Discover, Homescan), POS system and planogramming tools (JDA)
You are proficient with Microsoft office, particularly with Excel
