Role Summary

Key responsibilities

  • Devising strategies to utilize paid media to deliver highquality leads to drive ROI
  • Manage the implementation and optimization of DHGE's paid channels including (but not limited to): Google ads, Facebook / Instagram ads, LinkedIn ads, and/or Microsoft ads (Bing) as well as testing new platforms that could drive ROAS and campaign ROI
  • Manage digital ad campaigns (search, display, social, etc.) across all multiple platforms for a variety of educational programs with different branding, positioning, targeted audiences, and price points
  • Create engaging ad copy and provide creative direction on imagery with the design lead that resonates with targeted audiences to raise awareness and generate qualified leads
  • Making sure all campaigns are of high standard, creative, and delivered within agreed timelines, and ensuring maximum conversions and ROI
  • Implement tracking across all platforms and campaigns to ensure attribution is set up for accurate reporting
  • Create and deliver timely and accurate campaign reporting through the use of various platforms such as: Google sheets, Salescloud (Salesforce CRM/Marketing Cloud), Google Analytics (GA4)
  • Communicate effectively and lead the presentation of campaign results and actions taken to achieve the intended outcomes
  • Responsible for ensuring effective budgetary allocation across digital channels
  • Evaluate customer research, industry trends, market conditions, and competitor data
  • Review new technologies, developments, and news to keep the company at the forefront of developments in digital marketing.
  • Collaborate with colleagues from across the organization, including the marketing, sales, and product teams.

Requirements:

Knowledge/Skills

  • Understanding paid media best practices across various platforms
  • Understanding of digital tracking, attribution, and how to measure performance against targets
  • Strong technical and data analysis skills with the ability to convert insights into actionable items
  • Be selfmotivated and show an ability to work autonomously as and when required
  • Feel comfortable in an environment that moves fast and changes often, where you will be measured against your ability to meet core objectives
  • Be willing to seek feedback early and often. Welcome critique, candor, and respectful discourse.
Experience

  • Minimum of 45 years experience in B2B Paid Media positions
  • Proven experience in planning, executing, and optimizing B2B ad campaigns across different platforms: Google, LinkedIn, Facebook
  • Proven working experience running successful B2B ad campaigns for awareness, lead generation, and conversion
  • Managing budgets effectively to deliver on business results
  • Demonstrating ROI and working towards weekly and monthly targets
  • Effective at managing workload, prioritizing projects, and meeting tight deadlines in a fastpaced, resultsdriven organization
  • Experience in working with SalesCloud CRM/Marketing Cloud is preferred
Qualifications/Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing (or equivalent)
