As we continue to grow progressively, Libro is on a mission to find a passionately accountable contract Product Owner - Coaching Insights supporting our London Administration office l ocation.


The Product Owner is responsible for maximizing the value of the product or solution for the end user resulting from the work of the team.

The role creates a vision for the specific experience they are responsible for that focuses success on our user needs in line with Libro's strategic goals.

Working in agile ways, the Product Owner is the sole person responsible for managing the product backlog, including defining and prioritizing the backlog items, and provides visibility to the work that needs to be done next.

This role is constantly aware of how users are engaging with the product or solution and continually provides insight back to the Agile Team to support the definition of delivery goals and priorities.


The Product Owner - Coaching Insights will help provide Libro Owners invaluable insights into their overall financial wellness, empowering users to make confident actions towards their financial goals while connecting them to their coach for help.

This is a contract position from April 2024 to May 2025, with the eligibility for hybrid working arrangements.

The Epic Human we are looking for will;

Define the vision & goals for each iteration and works with the Agile Team to refine themes, features, and epics into manageable & actionable user stories.

Collaborate with other Product Owners to build a cohesive user experience across all products and services.

Communicates product vision & roadmap and supports change management activities to bring awareness of product changes to Staff and Owners.

Engages with potential vendors and partners to explore opportunities to add additional Owner value to the overall product experience.
Provides functional/technical guidance or advice to other Staff as needed.
Effectively prioritizes new feature and product development based on competitive analysis, industry trends, Owner feedback, and Libro vision.
Engages with end users both directly ( e.g. face-to-face) and indirectly (user testing & data) to observe and understand end user needs.

Understands the timeline of product milestones considering available resources (inside and outside of the Agile Team) to adjust work being completed and ongoing development of the product.

Monitors competition and current trends in best practices for agile work, suggests own methods, and creates methods to work more effectively and efficiently.

Leverages a variety of customer insight tools including qualitative research techniques, digital analytics, user testing etc. conducted inside and outside of the Agile Team.

Do you have a post-seconda ry degree or diploma ?
Do you have 4+ years of demonstrated experience working in a digital retail, business and/or wealth product leadership capacity in an FI/Fintech?

Do you have a Certified Agile Product Owner or similar designation; or with an expectation to complete within 12 months of accepting the role.
