Description
We are seeking a motivated, customer service professional to become our Front Desk Supervisor.


Responsibilities:


  • Greet guests, check them in and out and provide them with any information they need during their stay
  • Confirm phone and online reservations
  • Respond to guest requests, issues and emergencies
  • Keep records of occupied rooms and guests
  • Receive and record guest payments
  • Communicate pertinent guest information to designated departments
  • Handel endofday bookkeeping, auditing and account reconciliation
  • Prepare guest bills for nextday departures
  • Train new staff
  • Oversee front desk staff providing instruction and coaching
  • Assist with guest issues and retention
  • Respond to online guest reviews and feedback
  • Troubleshoot computer, system and hardware issues
  • Other tasks as assigned by Management

Qualifications:

  • Hotel experience an asset
  • Previous experience in customer service, front desk service, or other related fields
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Ability to build rapport with guests
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to learn computer functions and other onthejob skills
  • Computer proficient with experience with Excel and Word

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
From $16.50 per hour
