Duties will include, but are not limited to:
House cleaning skills & be able to work independently
Time management skills & ability to prioritize
General knowledge of the city of Red Deer
Pleasant & courteous attitude when dealing with clients
Perform move-ins/outs & complete rental documents
Excellent attention to detail & strong organizational capabilities
Experience & knowledge to notice maintenance issues & address these issues with management
Ability to analyze & problem solving skills
Must be willing to work some evening/or weekends
Starting pay $22.00/hour
