We are looking for an Intern, Digital Archives for our Toronto corporate office.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Help organize a digital catalogue in a large film library
- Reorganize the server by renaming files according to nomenclature
- Review old files and correlate them to existing files on server
- Move files to existing files appropriately
- Delete files that are redundant
- Cross reference digital film files and rename files according to nomenclature protocols.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Library science, or digital archival studies degree preferred, but not required.
- Looking for detailoriented people who are highly organized and methodical.
- Must be able to follow instructions.
- Training will be provided for necessary data entry work.
- This internship will help you gain skills that will enhance your resume and increase your career options.

- You will be compensated minimum wage.
