What Do We Offer?

Responsibilities:

Handle guest complaints reported by CS representatives or from social media (such as Better Business Bureau, Google Review etc.), and maintain the followup service of complaints.
Supervise and coordinate activities of Customer Care Representatives to maximize consumer satisfaction, customer loyalty, performance metrics and quality.
Achieve customer service objectives by contributing customer service information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans.
Meet customer service financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.
Develop customer satisfaction goals and coordinate with the service team to meet them on a steady basis.
Assisting with the development and implementation of service policies.
Reform/Rebuild CS operation system if necessary.

Requirements:

3+ years of work experience in a similar management position
Bachelor's degree in business administration or relevant field
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient knowledge of customer service, and standard office practices and procedures
Proficient computer skills
Proficient standard office equipment skills
Strong people skills
Excellent phone etiquette
Outstanding organizational skills
Perfect bilingual in Mandarin and English

Compensation and Benefits:
The hiring range for this position ranges from CA$62,000 - CA$86,000.

Your actual level and salary will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on the following considerations: job-related knowledge and skills, education, and experience.
