ASSET MANAGEMENT


Ensures that all Point of Sale (POS) items are tracked, staged and displayed appropriately (clean and in proper working condition).

Plans territorial POS forecast, to achieve business objectives.

Fills, rotates, and faces all Red Bull in coolers during every visit to maximize sales.


TERRITORY MANAGEMENT
Complete ownership of the territory with the goal to maximize Red Bull consumption.

Increases product availability and horizontal distribution in our current buying account base, through opening new account opportunities.

Maps and evaluates all sales opportunities within defined territory.

Builds and executes an annual territory business plan.

Develops marketing and sales plans for all directly managed accounts.

Accurately categorizes all opportunities as per the RBC guidelines.

Sells in programs and strategies to drive Red Bull demand and consumption in outlet.

Executes Red Bull High 5 Excellence and Perfect Outlet standards throughout territory, and tracking results.

Responsible for direct territorial budgets, constantly evaluating to improve ROI.

Activates Marketing and Trial initiatives in outlet to intensify consumption.

Ensures transfer of knowledge to key On Premise stakeholders through training sessions.


Monitors distribution of all Red Bull products and ensures that there are no out of stocks, through communication and training of the distributor reps in the territory.

80% of the time is spent in field, calling on accounts, at events, at tradeshows and running sales initiatives.


Qualifications:

Established contacts within the industry, or the ability to make them quickly and smoothly.


Experience effectively selling to a customer base is a must, experience in the beverage industry, gastronomy, hospitality and nightlife a plus.

You will work flexible hours, evenings, weekends, and some holidays, and excel with autonomy.

Passionate about the On Premise channel.

Possess strong work ethic and business acumen.

Creative, solution-oriented mindset. "DO IT NOW" attitude.

Self-motivated and able to work independently.

Fully understands and embraces the musketeer profile.

Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

A valid driver's license and clear drivers abstract.

Post-Secondary Education - Sales and Marketing Preferred.

Fluent in English, additional skills an advantage.
