Description

Your key responsibilities will be:


  • Drilling and tapping control enclosure backpans for hardware placement
  • Fastening wireway/duct, dinrail and other components to the backpan
  • Cutting holes in control enclosures to accommodate fans, pushbuttons, HMI's mounted in the panel doors or walls
  • Baying and assembly of large modular controls enclosures
  • Maintaining a safe and clean work area in the mechanical bay
  • Offloading and receiving vendor product shipments
  • Building skids for enclosure shipping (where required)
  • Packaging and preparing controls enclosures for shipping and transport

Requirements:


  • Willingness to take responsibility of a task and work unsupervised
  • Know how to keep a clean workspace
  • Must be detail oriented
  • Must be able to work with tight deadlines
  • Ability to interpret electrical schematics
  • Willing to lend a hand with a variety of different tasks
