Description
We are looking for customer service champions for our Bayshore Shopping Centre location.


Duties include:

  • Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
  • Sales and payment processing
  • Assist customers select eye wear that is functional and fashionable
  • After sale service related to the fabrication of complete eyewear
  • Booking patients for eye exams
  • Meet or exceed sales goals and targets
  • Assist in processing patients including use of preexam eye test equipment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred, but not required
