Required Qualifications:

Completion of post-secondary education (e.g. course(s) in business administration, medical office assistant), or other related fields.


Additional Required Qualifications:

Knowledge and operation of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel. Ability to participate and complete a 6 week training course. 1 year customer service experience. 1 year scheduling experience.

In addition to a competitive rate of pay, AHS currently has a Remote Retention Allowance in place to an annual maximum of $3,000.

This allowance is non-pensionable and is payable on an hourly basis for all hours paid at the basic rate of pay.

Schedulers will be assigned to support North Zone and the correlative SSC hours of operation.


Preferred Qualifications:

Timekeeping/payroll experience. Call Center experience. Knowledge of the applicable collective agreements and pay codes. Experience working in a unionized, health care and/or 24/7 environment. Experience with AHS scheduling software (Kronos, ESP, ASC). Current experience working in an AHS centralized ESP Staffing Service Center.
