PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:
The Coordinator - Employee Services performs tasks relating to providing and gathering information, performing analysis, data entry, transaction processing and problem management of Employee Services tasks within well-defined practices and procedures.
POSITION ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Process Employee Services transactions for executives, including issues related to employees at Level 2 and higher;
- Update master data for the CEO's payroll;
- Review executive pay against their compensation details to ensure its accuracy;
- Process Org Management updates, including position management, creation of job/positions, SAP, position table updates, responsible for accuracy of corporate org chart;
- Initiate relocations with the relocation provider, and process payments and other relocation related entries
- Follow checklists to perform transactions, and ensure they are up to date. Highlights improvement opportunities to managers;
- Delivery against work quotas per shift;
- Enforce the use of forms, and educate employees and managers on how to use the forms to ensure that the team has the proper data and authorization to process;
- Review and produce scheduled and adhoc reports;
- Identify recommendations for continuous improvement of own work in terms of quality, cost or timeliness;
- Monitor adherence to HR policies, time input standards, legislation, regulations, standards, and programs;
- Communicating process standards, processing cycles, schedules, deadlines, service offering changes, etc. to stakeholders.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
- Postsecondary education or 3 to 5 years' experience in benefits or payroll administration is preferred;
- Canadian Payroll Association courses and certification is preferred but not required;
- SAP experience in PA/OM would be an asset;
- Customer service experience an asset;
- Understanding of HR Corporate Applications;
- Skilled in verbal and written communication;
- Must pass a Microsoft Excel test. Topics covered include keyboard shortcuts, cell references and ranges, editing, formulas, and tables;
- Strong Communication;
- Ability to work with employees at all levels of the organization.

Management Conductor Program:
