Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Plan, organize and direct all manufacturing and maintenance operations
Implement and drive continuous improvement activities
Implement quality control procedures and methods of waste reduction
Carry out supervisory duties over the shop, shipping and maintenance
Maximize manpower utilization and processes
Identify training needs within the team
Schedule, delegate and ensure plant and equipment maintenance

Compétences générales:

Requirements:

5 years of relevant experience in a management or supervisory role within the rebar fabrication industry
Experience in Union relations
Strong communication skills
Results oriented
Proven leadership skills
Adaptable to change
